Artwork Description

Like a lucky jersey or a favorite lure, this work makes me think of a good luck charm. I wonder if the fish believe in luck?  I like the design created by the negative space around the fish. These fish were (quickly) individually photographed before being released.

The original version of this work was shown in the Monochromatic Art Exhibit at the Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery, in Smithville, NJ, May-July 2021.
